Host will inform the manager that we are over quote.

Manager will make the front desk a priority and will try to personally seat any table we are over quote on. If the manager is unable to seat a quest that we are over quote on the host will track guests with a name, table number & amount of time over the quoted time - the managers will visit each table.

The Manager will manage the situation and ensure the rest of the experience is perfect.

Points and rewards earned are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unused points and rewards will expire after 12 months


Welcome rewards - issued for use on the guest's next visit, cannot deffer welcome reward and it would expire 12 months after it was issued

Birthday rewards can be deferred, but will expire after the 15th of the month following their birthday
