What is sunscreen
Please send your camper in sunscreen (we will reapply before pool time) and try to teach/encourage your camper as best as possible to apply it themself
This needs to be done so your camper can go on field trips.
What is fill out permission slip!
Campers will not be able to attend a field trip if they do not have a filled out permission slip. Also 4th of July permission slips are needed to do the parade.
These all camp activities are done Mondays and Fridays
What are dodgeball and capture the flag
We will also be adding in more all camp activities on Fridays this year. We will have arts and crafts stations for campers who do not want to play.

What is Not Your Typical Tuesday (NYTT)
Not required but encourage campers to participate!
Pick up is at this time
What is 3:00 pm
We use pick up lists and will ask for IDs. Changes in pick up need to be done in writing to your Head Staff. Please wait for campers to be released at 3:00 pm

What are tennis shoes
The time medications need to be dropped off.
What is the week before your camper attends camp
The first day is too busy, there is a form you will turn in with the medication.
We do this at 1:00 pm everyday
What is go to the Huntington Woods Pool
We will have a Non-Swim area with games, cards, and crafts for campers who do not want to swim. We will have counselors on Duty to help ensure safety and the other counselors will be swimming with the campers.
Campers may also participate in these outside of camp activities
What are HWAC/tropical storm, tutoring, Rec Center camps, etc.
We will drop off and pick up your campers or have their tutor pick them up
We eat lunch at this time
What is 12:00 pm
Please pack a lunch everyday (no nuts), same with snack. Make sure your camper has breakfast. We will notify you if you need a paper bag lunch.

Campers can do crafts in the Odds N' Ends Room or do field games (pineapple room too)

We will be training the staff all next week.

Goggles are optional, bringing a plastic bag for wet clothes is best!
Please do this to everything! Clothes, lunch box, water bottle, etc.

Each camp will meet in the center of the field for songs, jokes, and to celebrate birthdays!

Each counselor group will have a maximum of 10 campers. We additionally have our head staff, JCs, and LITs
After Camp Care (ACC) ends at this time

Make sure your camper wears this to swim in the deep end
What is their green bracelet
All campers will have a blue bracelet. Must pass swim test to earn green bracelet (1 lap, given on Mondays, $1 for lost bracelet) (Pre-K stays in shallow area)
Make sure your camper wears this on Field Trip Days
What is their camp shirt
They will be given it at the beginning of the session
Campers do this activity every morning with their individual camp
Campers will play a game, do a craft, do both if time permits (may be in relation to a specific weekly theme)
I should do this on rainy days
