We hope you're satisfied with your purchase but due to the nature of our consumable products we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds. If your order arrived damaged you have 14 days from the date the order processed to notify us via our help desk at help@drinkcirkul.com. Our Customer Experience Team will respond to your inquiry at their earliest convenience. After examining the issue associated with your product, they may determine they are able to provide a replacement product. We reserve the right to offer only one replacement per account customer. What is the difference between Subscription - Updated Plan VS Subscription Replace Plan?
The Updated Plan is when they change the quantity of their auto-ship through their account.
Replace Plan is when they add a subscription plan to their cart but then try to complete checkout using an email address that already has a subscription associated with it.
We present the option to that customer during checkout, asking whether they would like to keep their existing subscription or replace it with the one in their cart.
If they choose to replace the plan, that event status will be generated in the Dashboard history.

A single CO₂ cylinder typically allows for up to 180 carbonated drinks, assuming an average of 6 carbonations per drink (30 days x 6 carbonation).
When you refill your bottle at the Bubble Hub, you can expect about 5-6 fizz refills, depending on your preferred level of carbonation. Keep in mind that the base station can facilitate more than 30 refills if the bottle isn't empty when refilled.
