Ms. Murph's Phobias
This phobia is contradictory for me because I love nature (think of the tv show “Fear Factor”).
What is Entomophobia/Insectophobia (fear of insects) and/or Arachnophobia (fear of spiders and arachnids)?
This is one of my “Go-To” Monitors for our class.
Who is Sukanya (Sukie) or Joshua?

This is one of the students whom I only call by their nickname (besides Sukie).
Who is Dennison (DJ)?
When I was a child, I had this irrational fear because my family used to be superstitious (think of an unlucky number).
What is triskaidekaphobia (fear or avoidance of the number 13) and/or paraskevidekatriaphobia (fear of Friday the 13th)?

Although I love all types of animals, I still have this fear.
What is zoophobia (fear of animals/ a specific animal)?
Just hearing one of these students speak and describe a situation makes me want to laugh. 🤭

This is my deepest fear of them all (think of the film “Open Water”).
What is thalassophobia (the fear of deep bodies of water) and/or galeophobia (fear of sharks)?
This is one of the students whom I would want to do my eulogy (wayyyyy in the future 😅).
