MEETING

First and last 30m of shift. Meeting status also for training and call shadowing.

AVAILABLE

If accepting in-bound calls, then set to Available.

OUTBOUND/DOCUMENTATION

If preparing/making out-bound calls from your Dynamics queue, only then please set AWS to Outbound. After completion of outbound interview, set to Documentation, for updating chart in Dynamics and posting notes in working chat and other ACW activities.

LUNCH/BREAKS

Meals (30m) and breaks (10m) should be self-explanatory. Setting timers with virtual assistants can be helpful in this regard.

COACHING

For any one-on-one coaching with the leads.

AWAY (aka BRB)

If stepping away for brief BRB, then please use AWAY mode in AWS. Not a bad idea to put BRB in Zoom chat as well.

 STANDBY

We really don't use Standby mode unless epi lead or supervisor specifically instruct.

OFFLINE/LOG OFF

At end of our shift, let's double log off, as follows: (1) go to usual drop down menu and click offline; (2) Please go to settings wheel and scroll all the way down to logoff. Then close control panel window altogether.
