What is the difference between Business Management AAS & Management Development AAS?
Business Management covers the general business operations. Students will take introductory courses in marketing, accounting, HR, and leadership. This is a great program for someone who is looking to learn general understanding of a business operation.
Management Development emphasizes on leadership and management. This is a great program for someone who is looking to move up in a company or lead a group of employees.

Can the Human Resources program be completed in an accelerated format?
Yes! The HR program can be completed in an accelerated format. But that doesn't mean they finish it less than two years. It will still take up to the 2 years because courses are only offered during certain terms. Following the program plan is recommended.

They need to know how to speak to multiple types of people and understand some basic IT concepts by completing the two IT courses in the program and have the ability to speak their language when trying to solve a problem.

Pursue the Banking & Financial AAS degree. You certainly do not need to enroll in associate degree program. If there are certain areas of finance that you feel you'd like to learn, you are welcome to just enroll in the courses without being a degree seeking student, however, employers value a degree opposed to individual classes. We also offer different training seminars through our B&I area that you can check out.
