When asked if they plan on working in public education 5 years from now, FWEA members responded in the following manner.
What is: ESP:41% plan to stay, 10% working outside of public ed, 17% plan to retire, 5% other, and 27% don't know. Certificated: 62% plan to stay, 9% working outside of public ed, 9% plan to retire, 3% other, and 17% don't know. (Focus on the "don't know" percentages-we have an opportunity to keep our talented college here in the district!)
