Request an extension from the court or prepare to close your case with the client
What to do when the consent decree is about to expire?
Pull the appropriate report for the desired time frame, count the Y's in the CHINS column, then divide by total number of kids served (at any given time and/or for the year)
What is how to determine if your program is within the CHINS precentage requirement?
Utilizing a drop down menu in your programs EMR system, restating it at the beginning of objectives, OR utilizing affirming "I statements" for your clients service plan objectives.
