This school was Jacksonville's first elementary school. It was also the first school that Gail ever taught at. Built in 1912, the school still stands today as a Middle School Alternative Education Center.

These very famous beaches on the coast of Normandy are where allied troops landed on D-day. This is also where the memorial is located and where Gail and James visited in July of 2017.
