Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees

Stir 1 cup sugar, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 1/4 cup oil, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla into another bowl.

Add in 4 large eggs, and after each egg, stir.

Pour in 3 cups of shredded carrots, 2 cup pecans, and 1/2 cup of raisins into the cake batter.

Add the Cake Batter to the cake pans

Bake in the oven for 30-45 minutes
