Clients can revoke or limit the ROI authorization at any time by submitting a written request to their Care Corps LifeHouse case manager.

1) Try to locate the client.
2) Provide a corrective action, providing a day and time to meet again.
3) Leave a note at the front desk for the client, advising them that they need to leave before 9 AM the following day.

What time is quiet time?
Quiet time starts at 10:30 pm. Televisions will be turned off and common areas will be closed.

What are the shelter limits for stay for clients per year
shelter stays are limited to a maximum of 3 stays per year, not to exceed 90 days, which starts when you first check-in to the shelter.

An exception may be made for individuals who successfully completed treatment, are coming directly from treatment, and intend to follow their after-care plan.
What happens if the fire alarm goes off in a room?
Everyone in the room will be asked to relocate within 24 hours.
What is the consequence for testing positive for alcohol and refusing to accept a treatment plan?
If you choose not to accept the treatment plan, we will work with you to find an alternative shelter that better fits your needs and ensures the safety of all residents.
If you refuse the breathalyzer, you will be required to exit shelter within 72 hours.
What is the timeline for shelter case managers to add documents to Clarity when recieved?
On the same day received.
Provide individualized support, develop action plans, and connect program participants to community resources.
What food or drink is allowed in the shelter?
No food or drink is allowed in the building except plain, unflavored water. Exceptions require a doctor's note that is specific to the reason why and what food.
What time are mealtimes?
Breakfast 6am – 8am
Lunch 12pm - 1pm
Dinner 5:30pm – 6:30pm
Snack times, for children and others as available, are 10am, 4pm, and 8pm.
