10. RULES AND REGULATION

No school, college or university shall be authorized to offer courses in physical therapy and occupational therapy without the favorable written recommendation of the Board;
f. To exercise such other powers, functions and duties as may be necessary to carry into effect the purposes of this Act and to maintain an efficient, ethical, moral and professional standard in the practice of physical therapy and occupational therapy in the Philippines.
