What is a CBAP, and how can you work around this for CBM?

Comcast Business Assistance Program.

  • CBAP is sometimes used in situations where customers need seasonal holds, or are in a state of emergency such as recently impacted by a hurricane, etc.
  • IF they have CBAP on the account and are getting this sync error, the fix is to have customer call normal Care to have CBAP removed
  • It may take a day, but once removed rep will be able to resync, and once sync completes successfully, they will be able to launch XM360/submit CBM.  Customer can call Care and add CBAP back on after ordering.

The business name has to have at least 2 words in it or XM360 will cause an error code to populate. Add LLC to the business name or have ECM fix it on the backend for you.
