2021, Early Fall should complete BOTH 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 and Fall only needs the 2021-2022

First, check if they meet BOG requirements. Then depending on when the application was complete and the time student notifies you will determine if the student needs to retest or has to be admitted into C4s
