What Greek character was decided to never be used as a name designation?
Eta ~ because it was originally reserved for Sigma Lambda Phi who was unable to attend the last day of convention. Sigma Lambda Phi did not join following the meeting thus a decision was made to never use the Eta Chapter name as a designation.

What are the three levels of membership?
Collegiate - College Students (Undergrad or Graduate) in a local chapter at their college/university. Alumni - Members who have honor separated from their college/university (Usually graduated) Auxiliary - Members who did not join during their collegiate tenure, or members attending an institution where there isn't an active chapter, who have joined an alumni chapter.
