This type of skill is performed in a changing environment, reacting to external factors. e.g passing in netball, football or rugby.

This type of guidance is given in words, is good for elite or experienced performers and is good for open skills.

This is when a coach physical moves a player through a movement, is good for beginners but they can over rely on it.
