This is a ghost type move move in Gen 1 that can hit Psychic type Pokemon. And even the Normal type. But uh, it deals damage based on the Pokemons level. And exclusive to the Ghastly line which is also Poison type so it’ll probably lose to Alakazam’s Psychic.
