When Joseph reveals himself to his brothers, what does he tell them to do? Is anyone else there? Does anyone else hear?
He tells them to go and tell their father that God has made him lord of all Egypt, so come and dwell in the land of Goshen, to be near him so he can provide for them for there are yet five years of famine to come. No one stayed with him when Joseph made himself known to his brothers, but all of the household of Pharaoh and the Egyptians heard because he wept aloud.

130 years old. 17 years in Egypt. He was 147 years old and told Joseph not to bury him in Egypt, but carry him out of Egypt and let him lie with his fathers.

He gave each a change of clothes, but to Benjamin he gave three hundred shekels of silver and five changes of clothes. He sent his father ten donkeys loaded with the good things of Egypt, and ten female donkeys loaded with grain, bread, and provision for his father on the journey.

They gave their livestock (horses, flocks, herds, and donkeys). They sold their bodies and land for food, when they had no more money or livestock. So they all became Pharaoh's servants, except for the Egyptian priests.

"quarrel" = fight
"desolate" = empty
"statute" = law
What does it mean to be numb and what became numb in our story?
"unable to feel anything", Jacob's heart became numb when he heard that Joseph was alive.
