Strip Mining is when people strip away soil and rock.

Cool, shallow Waters off the coast are good fishing areas, making this area valuable for seafood.
The East has the Appalachian Mountains, the Coastal Plains, and The Piedmont. There are also lots of river valleys.

The Continental Divide is where the rivers flow East on one side, and on the other they flow West.

The Dairy Belt is in the Northern Midwest, and it is where a bunch of dairy is made.

The Midwest has good soil and flatlands, making it one of the best farming lands in the USA. It also has the Corn Belt, and the northern part of it makes a lot of dairy.

The interior plains, is just all plains. There are a lot of rivers in the North Interior Plains, and the flattest of all the plains is the Great Plains.

Where the area is is a bunch of trees that are in place of where older trees were already cut down.

The Wheat Belt is where a bunch of wheat is farmed in the Interior West.

New York, Washington, Baltimore, and Philadelphia.

The Interior West grows lots of wheat. It’s pretty much just a bunch of farming land.
