A crevasse is a vertical drop that is created when a glacier is slit due to melting ice or movement in the earth that make it crack open. 

We can find a crevasse in Northern Canada or in the Arctic on any glacier.

It would be a bad sign, because more often than not, they form due to the ice on glaciers melting. This is a direct effect of global warming, which is not good for our planet.

Absolute- exactly where something is and usually does not move. Can be found by pinpointing a global address on a map. (Ex. Niagara Falls Canada) 

Relative- the location of a place or object in relation to you or to another location. (Ex. Ms. Theethe stands in front of us when she is teaching.) (Ex. The park is north of SAC)
