What is: Going above and beyond by doing tasks and helping others without being asked. Examples: (arriving early, staying late, working for someone when short staffed, cleaning areas that are not your responsibilities, extra work without extra pay, seeing any job that needs to be done and doing it).

What is: Your Full Name, Address, Phone Number and Email 

Your Full Name (middle name is optional), Address (present address where you reside/live), Phone Number (where you can be reached or message number. It is important to make sure your number is working, and voicemail is set-up with appropriate outgoing message, identifying yourself so employer will feel safe leaving a message), Email (appropriate email address and confirm you can receive the emails) Appropriate example: sstone123@g.mail.com, jdoe22@yahoo.com, Inappropriate example: kittenmittens@whatever.com, yoyodude00@getout.net.

What is: A Black or Blue Ink Pen. Never markers or pencils. Rule: (Do not use whiteout or scribble out wrong answers or responses). Ask for additional applications or have someone assist you in filling out application and proofread.

What is: Don't be late, Don't have your phone out and on, Don't slump or slouch, Don't fidget, Don't wear a lot of make up or perfume (natural is best with a little makeup and little to no cologne or perfume. What is: Greet the customers by making eye contact and saying hello? Ask how you may help or assist them?  Offer apology and a solution if you are out of a product or if a customer is unhappy.

What is: Try to talk to them calmly and ask what you did and how you can resolve it in their opinion. Do not start drama or speak of controversial subjects, such as, politics, religion, personal preferences, etc.. If all else fails, contact manager and ask for meeting.

Shake hands, (During present time we encourage you to not shake hands due to pandemic restrictions unless you are comfortable doing so or employer reaches out to you). Exit appropriately. (Don't make derogatory remarks if you feel like it didn't go as expected, or exhibit distracting actions if you feel it went really well, don't pull phone out immediately).

What is: Wearing proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment, such as, gloves, masks, aprons, goggles and etc. ) Washing hands often, Social distancing, Cleaning surfaces often, Taking temperatures upon entering business. Staying home if you have symptoms.

What is: Working weekends and holidays.  Coming in early or staying late. Working in a different department or doing different tasks. Filling in for employees that are running late or don't show up.
