"Quid pro quo" means “This for that.” Quid pro quo sexual harassment occurs when a supervisor or manager conditions an employment benefit or the continuation of employment upon submission to harassing behavior.

What does "EEO" stand for and what does it mean?
"EEO" stands for Equal Employment Opportunity. EEO means that all applicants and employees with equal qualifications, skills, and abilities must be treated equally.

If you are going to be absent from work, how much advance notice must you give before the beginning of your shift?
Advise supervisor no later than the day before the absence. If it is not possible to give advance notice, employee should give notice as soon as possible after start of shift, but no later than 1 hour after shift begins.

What is the difference between bullying and illegal harassment?
Workplace bullying is repeated mistreatment of a work colleague through verbal abuse, offensive conduct, and interference with work. Bullying is typically driven by perpetrators’ personal dislike or need to control the victim, rather than because the victim is a member of a protected class. Both bullying and harassment are prohibited by company policy and will result in discipline.
