What is our adoption return/refund policy?
Adopters can return within fifteen days of their adoption. We do not provide any refunds unless there are extenuating circumstances. Customers who return may be given a voucher to exchange for an animal that is a better fit or can sponsor the adoption fee of the animal they returned. Returns after fifteen days will be treated as a normal owner surrender and be processed as an Admissions appointment.

What can you book at the new Pavilion space?

Are all B/E Counselors certified?
