If a client comes in for an appointment and they don't have their gift card with them at the time of check out what do we do? Can they show a picture?
The only time a pic of a GC can be used is when they text to verify balance. They have to have the physical copy at the time of checkout. If they tell us they can call back later with it, that is not permitted. They can use the GC at another appointment.
