True or False:  The first troop with black girls formed in 1917 in Massachusetts and the first troop with Mexican American girls formed in 1922 in Texas.  In 1924, a leader named Josephine Holloway started more troops for black girls. But they were not allowed to officially join Girl Scouts because discrimination was a big problem. In 1942, her troops became official Girl Scout troops, Josephine Holloway was hired by Girl Scouts, and Camp Holloway in Tennessee is named after her. In the 1950s, Girl Scouts began national desegregation efforts.  In 1956, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. said that Girls Scouts was a "force for desegregation."
