This communication is used when someone is mainly interested in avoiding conflict. They may have feelings, needs, or desires, but they don’t express them directly.
Passive Communication
This communication is used when someone expresses their feelings, needs, or desires in a hostile manner with no regard for other peoples’ feelings, needs, or desires. They are going to say exactly what they want/need and they don’t care if it hurts someone else’s feelings or if someone else is left unhappy.
