Let Jon know that if he continues to splash he will not be able to participant in free time. If it continues let the floater know.

In my group I have two swimmers who are more advanced and two who are less advanced what is one way to assure all 4 swimmers are challenged. 

Have 2 more advanced swimmers swim full lengths of the pool while your 2 less advanced do half lengths.

No, in order to move passed level 2 Tuck floats need to be completed without assistance.
