What is Housestaff Quality and Improvement Council (HSQIC)?
Annual one time payments that will be negotiated by the union.
What are resident stipends?
Professional Liability Insurance Carrier required by contract for all trainees.
What is CRICO?
Provides pay benefits to non-accredited trainees while on leave.
What is MA PFML (state benefit plan)?
3 Hours of required live virtual training
What is ACLS/BLS training (PartI)?
This committee is heavily involved in recruitment and fosters inclusivity & belonging.
What is the Council on Belonging & Engagement?
CBA is the common acronym for this.
What is Collective Bargaining Agreement (a.k.a. contract)?
This policy ensures trainees do not work over 80 hours/week (averaged over 4 wk period).
What is Duty Hour Policy?
