What are the steps to selling a monthly plan in the office?

Scan, select, swipe.

 First scan a new fast-pass (if they already have a sticker look their account up), next select the wash package they want, lastly swipe their credit card and collect customer information. (CANNOT ACCEPT CASH FOR MONTHLY PLANS!)

What club plans do we offer? What is the difference between an ARM plan and a Club plan?

30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year. A monthly plan is like a subscription and can be started and stopped at any time. Club plans are paid for up front and cannot be paused.

On the first page scan a fast pass, select unlimited wash, choose the wash package, add in commission, swipe credit card (NO CASH ALLOWED!)

What are the benefits of ceramic? What was gets this?

Ceramic sealant is offered with our GO BIG wash. Ceramic will create a protective coating on your vehicles paint and glass, it will make all surfaces hydrophobic, and give the car a nice shine.

How do you sell a gift card and what type of gift cards do we offer?

Select a cash amount, 5+1, 3+1, or club plan(be sure to use the gift card button), next scan a gift card, then the customer can pay with cash or card.

What is the most common reason the XPT screen will go red with the message "NOT IN SERVICE"

The XPT is out of receipt paper. This is the most common reason but it is not the only reason! If this happens get a manager.

What is a guarantee? What guarantee does each wash get? Start with the basic.

Guarantees are rewashes that come only with the purchase of a single car wash. The basic has no guarantee, the select has a 24 hour, the premiere has a 5 day, and the GO BIG has a 10 day!

How do you print a gift card balance?

On the office tab select open new sale, next select print report, next select prepaid info, and lastly scan the gift card or barcode. The balance will automatically print.

How do we give a free car wash to a customer who is not satisfied with their car wash? What wash should we add?

If a customer is not satisfied with their wash we should offer them a FREE GO BIG!

What is a good selling point for the GO Premiere as opposed to the GO Select?

The GO Premiere comes with Hot wax. Hot wax will give your vehicle a great shine, and make all of its surfaces hydrophobic. If you are purchasing a single car wash the Premiere also comes with a 5 day rewash guarantee!

The conveyor should only be started by the person who stopped it for safety.

How do you give a customer refund? What is the max amount we can refund?

A customers account must be pulled up to give a refund. If they are not a member first start by scanning a fast pass. Next on the cashier tab select "Paidout lookup" next select Customer Refund. Type in the amount and swipe credit card. (refunds may take a day or two to deposit into their account).

How are rewash guarantees redeemed? When would a rewash get printed?

Guarantees are typically attached right to the customers LP when they purchase a wash, If the system does not scan a LP it will print a rewash barcode. To redeem the rewash on a LP the customer simply pulls up to the XPT and selects if they want a receipt or not on the screen. If they have a barcode on a ticket they can scan it at the XPT.

Demonstrate how to switch a member from one membership package to another.

Look up account, red x to clear box, select ARM lookup, select switch arm plan, select new membership package, if total is anything other than zero select tender to plan to use card on file, if total is zero select cash to complete.
