  • Third offence – time off without pay or termination (documented).
  • Fourth offense – termination (documented).

There are no environmentally sensitive areas where we are currently working. Supervisor will notify us if we enter an environmentally sensitive area.

  • There could be historical findings and upon discovery, we stop work and do not disturb the area.
  • Report immediately to supervisor, manager and HS&E.
  • Establish a control area of 50m using barriers, barricades, signs, and spotters.

Silica dust was reviewed in orientation. If there is exposure to silica dust, workers are to wear respiratory protection.

If working with controlled products, workers must review the safety data sheet (SDS).

Report incidents, injuries, and near misses to supervision right away. Sometimes, workers participate in the incident investigation.

Operating a equipment or an LDV on site is different because we have to drive on the left side of the road and use wheel chocks instead of mirror bands.
