Draw an imaginary line between the inside surface of the out-of-bounds stakes. This is to be considered your out-of-bounds line.

If my ball is blocking another player's ball from the hole, what should I do?

If my ball is within tapping distance (within 1-2 feet,) I should tap the ball into the hole. If not, I must put a marker behind the ball so that the player can play his shot.

If you accidentally record the wrong score on a hole and then turn in the score, what will happen?

If the recorded score is higher than the actual score, you will take the higher score. If the recorded score is lower, you will be disqualified.

The highest it should ever be is with half of the ball above the top of the driver - The lowest is with the top of the ball slightly higher than the top of the club.
