The Iota is the Ritualist and the New Member Educator. He arranges and supervises the ceremonies of pledging, initiation, and the installation of officers. He also conducts the instruction and examination of New Members in the history, traditions, and organization of the Fraternity and his chapter.
The Iota also is also in charge of enforcing Robert's rule during chapter meetings.
