You're going to work and will be there during lunch hour. What do you do?

If you're on a budget, you can pack a lunch. Bring something with equal parts carbohydrates (pasta, rice, bread, grains), protein (meats, fish, eggs, beans/legumes) and micronutrients (veggies, fruit). Throw in some avocado or nuts for healthy fats. This balanced meal keeps you full! Or, if you're not on a budget or want to treat yourself, maybe you get something from a restaurant near your work. This might take some time so be sure to use your lunch break (30 minutes or 1 hour) wisely and not clock back in late.
