Inform the customer that we are able to send the item in for REPAIR, and that the process has a 2-3 week turnaround time. Use a gorjana repair form and fill out with all customer information, and include in your Weekly Pullback to the studio. ***We do not issue 1:1 replacements for fine jewelry***

A customer comes in with a $20 off friend referral code that they want to use. How do you proceed?

Ask the customer for the unique code that they received. Verify that the prefix is on the "Active Discount Code" sheet and that it does not require further approval to use. Apply the discount as instructed. The customer must have a unique code generated from us in order to receive the discount (i.e., no manual discounts). If they do not have a code, let them know that the person who referred them must have made a purchase in order to receive the $20 off coupon.

You notice that we are physically out of an item, but Shopify reflects that we should have 1 in stock. How can you verify the correct inventory on hand?

First, make sure the item is not in back stock or on any other displays (drive tables, display walls, windows). Second, check the damages bin to see if the item is waiting to be damaged out. If there is still a variance then please make note in an email to the store manager.

Opal is a naturally occurring stone, while opalite is lab created. Opal is a gemstone while opalite is not.

After completing the proper procedure for a return, place the item in the safe. Keep the returned inventory separate from your back stock inventory, and include in your Weekly Pullback to the studio.

First, try troubleshooting. If the problem persists, then fill out an Asana IT form. Send an email to the store manager confirming IT form was sent.
