What is the Resource Hub and where is it found?
It is our internal website that contains the latest gorjana documents, trainings, and processes. It should be utilized as a way to self-solve for questions.
It can be found under "Company Sites" on your Chrome Bookmarks Bar.
When and where were we founded?
Gorjana and Jason Griffin Reidel followed a creative impulse and founded gorjana in Laguna Beach, California in 2004.
How should a customer care for their fashion product?
In order to maximize the life of your gorjana jewelry we recommend avoiding contact with beauty products, cleaning agents and water. You can clean your jewelry with a dry cotton cloth to renew its shine. When not wearing your jewelry, be sure to store it in the pouch we provide, this helps preserve your piece.
Are we prioritizing emails or phone numbers at the POS?

What is your return policy?
Unworn product will be refunded back onto the original form of payment within 30 days of original purchase. After that time period, as long as the product is unworn, we’ll be able to offer an exchange.
Please note: there is NO policy surrounding a 60 day timeframe.

Our jewelry is designed in Laguna Beach and made overseas.

You can navigate the RH by using the menu on the left-hand side. The fastest way to locate relevant information is by using the search bar tool in the upper right-hand corner.
When referring to our brand, should gorjana be capitalized?
No! When referring to gorjana as a brand, the "g" is lowercase - when referring to Gorjana as a person, the "G" is capitalized!
Do we use genuine stones in our PG Collection?
Yes, all stones are semi-precious, genuine gemstones. Each gemstone holds a different meaning that is meant to inspire.
What would you say to a guest that doesn't want to share their email with you?
"No problem! We’d love to at least add your first and last name if that’s something you’re comfortable with, but can definitely leave email and phone out if that’s your preference!”
Do NOT press the guest any further, as it’s ultimately still their choice!
Why can't you engrave in-store anymore?
Our Bespoke engraving is now an ecommerce exclusive! This collection is available in store to buy un-engraved. We are also happy to facilitate an online order of a customized bespoke piece for you at gorjana.com.
As a stylist, should you request permission to documents in the Resource Hub?
No, there are three different permission levels (Store, ASM, and SM) designed to filter information on an as needed basis. Please partner with your Store Manager if you feel you need the information in that resource.

Are the diamonds in our FJ collection conflict free?
Yes! All imported diamonds are Kimberly Process compliant. Kimberly process is a United Nations endorsed program to prevent ‘conflict’ diamonds from entering the marketplace.

Why do you not take cash?
It allows us to run a faster, more efficient business. We take all major debit/credit cards as well as mobile pay.

No, please partner with your ASM or SM if you need additional information not listed in a resource.
Name a few charities/non-profits that gorjana has partnered with in the past couple of years?
We have partnered with local and national charities to raise money for causes close to our hearts such as: The Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF), Baby2Baby, Dress for Success, Toys for Tots, and more.
What makes 14k white gold different than 14k yellow gold.
14K white gold is a mixture consisting primarily of gold, blended with durable alloy metals. 14 Karat specifically refers to the metal mix that is 58.3% gold. Silver is added to this metal alloy and finished with a rhodium plate to give it its shiny, silver color.
How quickly do BOPIS orders need to be fufilled?
We should process the order (marked ready for pick-up in the POS) within 4 hours (max) of the customer placing the order.
Are gorjana items nickel free?
The 18K gold, rose gold, or silver plating is nickel free. However, we do not consider our items nickel free because the base metal can carry traces of nickel. Fine jewelry pieces are solid gold, so you can reassure customers they are nickel free.
