Lets say you get a HDS call, and they keep hitting you with back to back objections but would happy to set if you answer them properly and then they tell you that this is actually a wrong number even though you've went through most of the call. Is there even a point to save this or are we marking it NI.
NO set the appointment, just answer the objections and get the updated information/qualified questions.
Lets say you get a Burke call, and they have a WH system and they keep saying they are not happy with it because of how it works. You ask the qualifying questions and they state they're unhappy with it because since they moved in its leaving their skin feeling slimy and like the soap is never fully rinsed off, but this is their first time having a WH system. They have no other information on this system besides it uses salt.

All of the tests are fun and provide very useful information.
