How does a bill become a law
A bill is an idea for a law that is proposed by a congressman, even though anyone can have an idea. It can start in either house but both houses must agree on the wording. then it gets sent to the executive branch for the president to either sign or veto. A 2/3 vote can win over the law if ppresident vetos
