What is Point to Point Private Line?

  •  Point to Point has only two ends to the circuit, Location A (CKL 1) and Location Z (CKL 2). Applications for Point to Point would be connecting the customer's warehouse to their main office, either locally or across the nation.

What is a Carrier Hotel?

Carrier Hotel is a location where multiple Carriers co-locate in order to connect to each other, as well as to facilitate connections to Interexchange Carriers to their POPs. Landlords hire Vendors to facilitate connections to the "Meet Me Room" so the Carriers can connect to each other.

What is an unmanaged AVPN service?

Unmanaged AVPN is a service in which AT&T delivers the circuit to the customer's premise, the customer then provides and manages their own equipment; AT&T will not monitor or auto-generate trouble tickets service if there is an issue on the network, the customer will do a "plug and play". This means the customer will call into a hot line to complete the Test and Turn Up and LAN Migration with a remote AT&T engineer.
