What is osteoporosis? What what can you do to prevent it?

it is a bone disease that makes your bones weak and easy to break. Someone with healthy bones are hard as rock, but someone with osteoporosis has bones that are soft and full of holes. Older people typically get this, but younger folks can too. To prevent it, you can drink milk with calcium, get lots of exercise, and take vitamin D (which can be found in the sun, so get lots of sun!)
