Use the 1st Conditional:

Gerund or Infinitive?

Passive -> Active:
The book was read by him in one day.
He read the book in one day.
Richard lives in a house. It has a big garden.
Richard lives in a big house which/that has a big garden.
Use the 1st Conditional:
I usually (go) _____ to Japan if I (have) _____ enough money.
I usually GO to Japan if I HAVE enough money.
Connect the sentences using an adjective clause:

Active -> Passive:

Use the 2nd Conditional:

Use the 2nd Conditional:

If I WON the lottery, I WOULD BE rich.
Use the 3rd Conditional:
If I (eat) _____ so much, I (not/feel) _____ sick.
If I HADN'T EATEN so much, I WOULDN'T HAVE FELT sick.

I promised TO MEET her for lunch.
Active -> Passive:
Two kings are signing the treaty.
The treaty is being signed by two kings.
This doctor is a psychiatrist. The doctor treats mind disorders.

Use the 3rd Conditional:
