On the concrete parking lot. We DO NOT go on the grass. 

The only exception is sitting on the picnic table

(They warm our food up, get our lunchbox if we have one, and/or help get us mains/sides if we didn't bring a lunch)

During Opening (9:30-10:30am), Lunch (11:30-12:05), and Closing (2:15-3:15pm)

Can gotchas be taken away? If so, how?

Yes!

Gotchas can be taken away if you're not following directions, being disrespectful, not being kind, not cleaning your area, swearing, being inappropriate, going on the window ledge, etc.

What do you put in your drawers that are inside the group room and when do you take them home?

Artwork, activities, coloring sheets, etc. 

You can take them home everyday with a bag or typically on Fridays!

What should you always do before we transition into another activity or break?

Clean up what I was working with, make sure my sit spot is clean, and I am sitting in my sit spot

After you are finished eating, what should you do?

Make sure my garbage is in the trash can and my lunchbox is on the shelf by the door

How many positive breaks can you get when you're here full days vs. half-days?

Full days: 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon 

Half days: 1 in the morning or the afternoon (depending on if you're at treatment in the morning or at treatment in the afternoon)

How do you earn supersnack?

Having NO 2's on your careplan for the day prior or having a 60% or higher for the day

Where do you sit during lunch, activities, waiting to be called for vans or lunch, during snack, etc?

In your SIT SPOTS!

How should you be using markers, colored pencils, pencils, scissors, glue, crayons, and any other types of materials?

APPROPRIATELY! If materials are being used inappropriately in the group room, the group will lose them for a day or a week! 

*Make sure scissors are ONLY cutting paper (No throwing them, no cutting anything but paper) 

*Glue is ONLY for paper (NO squeezing glue on yourself or the floor and make sure it is an appropriate amount)

What do you fill out every morning when you arrive to treatment and why?

A check-in sheet 

It helps the GF (Miss. Tabitha) know how your night at home was, your morning is, and how you're feeling that day.

What is the group incentive?

The group incentive is an extra incentive for us to use/earn fun parties! Such as pizza, ice cream, pj & stuffie, etc. We earn pieces TOGETHER as a group

What happens if we go on the ledge or open the windows?

We lose gotchas and recess the next day

Who is in charge of keeping the group room clean and safe?

Clients and the GF 

(GF's make sure that materials are being used safely and appropriately, GF's vacuum unless given permission, GF's help pick up when asked appropriately)

Should you bring your own lunchbox?

What if I don't bring a lunchbox?

Yes, you are encouraged to bring your own lunchbox

If you don't have your own lunch:

Gold score (60% or higher): You can BUY a main(Mac and cheese, Ramen, etc) with gotchas,-100 gotchas and sides (meat/cheese stick, chips, juice, etc) with gotchas, -50 gotchas. 

Bronze score (59% or lower): You can have 1-2 PB&J, turkey, ham or salami sandwiches with NO sides

What do we create during our check-in sheets?

A TREATMENT GOAL for the day. (Examples, to listen, to have a good day, no interventions, earn gotchas by following directions/being kind/participating, etc)
