Telling on someone to try and get them in trouble. The situation is usually harmless and not intentional, an accident.

You are upset with/at each other.
You had a disagreement you can not move on from.
You have negative/bad feelings toward someone for something they did/said.
What does it mean to tell on someone?
You are helping get someone out of trouble. The situation is important, scary, or unsafe. You are attempting to help the person or solve a problem that could be unsafe.
What is a coping skill that can be used at home?

What is the difference between stress and anxiety?
Stress goes away when the thing causes of stress ends or is no longer relevant.
Anxiety is constant, persistent, or excessive worries that don't go away even in the absence of a stressor.
