What is necessary for health and growth?

Nutrition! When you take care of your body, it will thank you. What you consume has an incredible effect on your mental health, which is why you should eat healthy, nutrient-rich foods. Part of addiction comes from malnourishment and not giving your body what it really needs. Make sure to stay hydrated each day.
