How do you make the Sausage patty?
Place a heavy skillet, such as a cast iron skillet, over medium-high heat. Cook patties in hot skillet until meat is no longer pink in the center and the sausage is browned, about 3 minutes per side. Serve immediately.

Where did I come up with the idea of putting small Mac n cheese bites, sweet potato fries, onion rings and mozzarella sticks on the 6:30? (Hint: This was a Boston burger, in which I switched it from a burger here to breakfast sandwiches. Plus, it has different toppings).
A burger joint put different things on burgers in Boston, so I had to make this, except a breakfast sandwich.
