Does your IEP automatically carry over from high school to college?

Not automatically because an IEP is specific to the k-12 public school system. Students who have an IEP in high school need to seek accommodations from their colleges through the disability services office.

You can do this by sending your most recent IEP to your college after you have been accepted. Colleges provide similar accommodations but the process is different.
