We release fixes to the software and various forms on a regular basis. Before asking a question in Slack we strongly recommend you do this.
What is run an update?
If a dealer calls about an existing form or report and you are unable to copy and paste the form # into Slack, it is most likely a question for this group.

Unless you've been instructed to do so by the Forms Department (or an informed team leader), these are the only two instances where you need to CAFFU or create an old style FTP update.
