Why is H the word Hungry? 

Because if you hungry, you might get grumpy! Who wants a Grumplstiltskin in their family!

Why is "A" the word Angry or Anxious?

Because Angry and Anxious begin with the letter A and can make us very rude and irritable.

Why is "L" the word Lonely? 

Because Lonely starts with the letter "L". People are meant to be in a family or community to help each other. Feeling lonely, isolated, or alone makes us feel vulnerable.

Why is "T" the word Tired?

Because when we feel tired, our body is running out of energy and we need to rest or sleep. We don't have the energy or patience to keep doing the next tasks.

Take 5 deep breaths and repeat. 

Think about a Happy Place.

Change negative thoughts to positive thoughts.

Squeeze and Release all your muscles.

Talk to a safe person, like a therapist or adult you trust.
