During your breaks, right after the activity, or while the activity is happening if you are not leading.

YES! Everything you see someone doing that is either in their room, at the nursing station, or around the facility can count as an independent activity. Please put this under OTHER and write what they are doing in the description.
If you have extra time throughout the day, rather than being on your phone, what should you do?
Room visits, 1:1 visits, assessments, document, organize, clean up, check with Morgan to see if there is anything else that needs to be done.
If you cannot make a shift, who should you talk to?
1. Ask your coworkers first. See if you can trade shifts
2. If no one can take your shift, speak to Morgan

Yes!
Choose the activity, write the activity in the description, and then put " - Declined"
Ex: "Bingo - Declined"
