Zero tolerance behaviors are acts/behaviors that are not permitted on campus
What is a behavioral intervention plan?
It is a plan between clinician and client to correct the behaviors/actions that occurred.
What is the requirement for mutual aid groups each week?
5 mutual aid groups
How many hours can your pass be each day?
4 hours daily
Can you do doordash, uber, lyft, etc. for work?
Case-by-case basis, but typically not approved
If there is an act of violence on campus between two people (physical assault), will you be put on a behavioral intervention plan?
No; acts of violence result in immediate discharge from the program.
Can you be placed on a weekend BIP by residential until you meet with your clinician next business day?
Yes; residential staff can restrict passes or leaving campus if a behavior warrants a BIP.
How many individual sessions per week?
1 SUD individual session (unless you've opted in for mental health, then 2 requirements)
When can you use your 6 hour pass?
The weekend immediately following your blackout period ending
How many hours per week can you work?
What happens if your UA cup shows positive while down at residential?
It is sent off to the lab to get confirmation of the sample (no BIP at this time)
What are some examples that could place you on a behavioral intervention plan?
AWOL less than 24 hours
Refusing a UA
Leaving campus without authorization
What happens if you don't meet the weekly expectations?
Your pass will be denied
What days can your passes be used?
Friday - Sunday
How many days in advance do you need to complete the employment packet prior to starting work?
3 days in advance
Are you allowed scratch-off's while in treatment here?
No; gambling of any form is not permitted on campus
Are all BIP the same regardless of client/situation?
No; each BIP will be specific to client/situation that occurred
How many zoom mutual aid groups can you do?
2 weekly
How many 24 hour passes do you get per month?
It's not per month, it is per 30 days
What is the time-frame you can leave and return from work?
You cannot leave earlier than 5am, and you cannot return after 10:30pm
If you were to relapse while in treatment here at The Ranch, what are the steps staff members will take upon being notified of your relapse?
WE WILL NOT KICK YOU OUT. You will be placed on a behavioral intervention plan that is specific to your situation.
What if you do not sign your BIP your clinician wrote up?
The BIP will still stand regardless of signature from client.
