Who is a part of my team?
This is a therapeutic visit away from Hope House and it is a privilege, and it's based on a person treatment progress.
What is a therapeutic pass?
This not allowed in any building on campus, happens are certain times throughout the day and is grounds for eviction from treatment.
What is the smoking policy or rules?
After three formal notices for apartment cleanliness this can be served to participants.
What is an eviction notice?
This person works individually with you during the recovery process on a weekly basis.
What is a counselor?
Counselors, case managers, counselor assistants (CA), CARES, TCC/parenting, and medical.
Who works with you throughout treatment process?
True or False. Participants are guaranteed a pass with any support without attending family dynamics or getting the appropriate approval.
What is False?
True or False. Halter tops, thin tank tops, short dresses, pajamas, bonnets, and slippers can be worn outside of your apartment at any time.
What is False?
If I have challenges with completing basic treatment requirements, following rules/guidelines of treatment, or maintaining sobriety my counselor/treatment team may give me this to assist me with getting back on track and improving my quality of life.
A behavior contract or support plan
This is developed weekly and is mandatory to complete daily as part of giving back to your community.
What is a chore?
This person is in recovery themselves, they promote long term recovery and conduct mandatory weekly check-ins.
What are a CARES?
True or False. A participant can go on a therapeutic pass if she fails to meet the basic treatment requirements.
What is False?
Times are 6-8am; 12-1pm and 6-8pm only unless staff relays other times.
What are medical times?
Cooking privileges, therapeutic passes, trash privileges, working women privileges.
What are types of privileges I can earn during treatment?
This is designed each week to each of the group rooms, the times are 1015am, 12pm, and 2pm only.
What is grocery pick-up?
This department will work with you to help develop parenting skills, mommy time and assist in teaching your child healthy coping skills. Additional credit: This is scheduled every Wednesday at 8am to help with mommy time and bonding.
What is TCC and parenting? What is infant massage?
Things that could cause your therapeutic pass to be denied. (Identify at least 4)
What is not completing homework/assignments, not attending groups (including being sick, multiple appointments in treatment week, environment/person considered unsafe by treatment team), apartment graded C or below, not completing chores, being on behavior/smoking contract, not following rules/guidelines of treatment)
No threats, theft, physical violence, bullying language/behavior; no alcohol/drugs, caffeine products; drug paraphernalia, or weapons on campus; no smoking in apartments, hallways, or stairwells; no vapes allowed on campus; no racial slurs/derogatory language on campus are _______________ __________.

It is designed to help participants work on the steps of recovery and gain a healthy lifestyle along with medical assisted medication.
What is the Hope House treatment program?
This happens at least an hour before departure time and can delay or deny a pass.
What is an apartment check?
This is not allowed during group times, transportation, in the medical or waiting area, and the kitchen.
What is cell phone use?
This has to happen to ride with another resident on and off campus.
What is permission or accident waiver?
There is a set schedule from 12-1pm and 4-6pm for participants outside of group time to turn in documents and meet with staff members.
